Creating Age Friendly Communities
Waterloo, ON
The Murray Alzheimer Research and Education Program (MAREP) at the University of Waterloo, and partners, will announce the launch of a new web-based tool to guide communities towards developing solutions to become more age-friendly. This will by followed by the World Cafe, hosted by the Mayor's Advisory Committee on Age Friendly Communities. Community members, organizations and agencies that work with older adults, and city staff, are invited to attend to share their experiences and discuss the next steps towards creating an age friendly Waterloo.
