RIA Model
RIA generates high-quality research evidence with the goal of improving quality of life for seniors everywhere. In order to realize this goal, we recognize the importance of translating this knowledge to ensure that the outcomes are used to inform programs, to be integrated into training, and to influence practice and policy. The RIA model (see below) exemplifies the integration of research into training and application, but also that these initatives influence and inform the research process.
